Journeying the Wheel of the Year: Connecting with Your Inner Goddess
An Evening of Guided Meditation, Ritual & Seasonal Alignment
at Something Good Workshops, Deptford
Join Maxi for a deeply restorative and illuminating evening of guided journeying meditation inspired by the ancient Wheel of the Year.
Journeying is a structured, guided form of meditation that invites you into a state of deep relaxation. From this calm, receptive space, you are led on an inner journey aligned with the current season. Connecting you to the rhythms of nature, the turning of the Sun, and the wisdom of the Goddess within.
Rooted in Northern European earth-based spiritual traditions, the Wheel of the Year honours the eight seasonal festivals (the Solstices, Equinoxes and cross-quarter Fire Festivals) marking the spiral of birth, growth, harvest, rest and rebirth.
This session offers:
– Guided journey meditation for stress release and nervous system reset
– Seasonal reflection aligned with Solar and lunar energies
– Connection with Goddess archetypes and Earth wisdom
– Creative ritual in sacred space
– Gentle sharing circle and voice activation
– Tools you can return to in daily life
When we enter deep relaxation, the body naturally seeks balance. In this state, we can soften habitual patterns, quiet mental noise and begin to realign with our deeper truth. Many of us live in cycles of overthinking, stress or disconnection. Journeying offers a way to “switch off,” restore equilibrium and reconnect to creativity, intuition and manifestation.
The Wheel begins in October, yet each gathering stands alone, offering insight into where you are on your own path. Just as our ancestors marked the seasons for survival and spiritual meaning, we too can learn to align with winter’s contemplation, spring’s emergence, summer’s expansion and autumn’s harvest.
This is an invitation to:
– Reflect on your life’s path
– Explore where you may feel misaligned
– Honour the sacred feminine within
– Reconnect to the cycles of Earth and cosmos
– Celebrate the turning of the seasons
No experience is necessary. Come as you are.
