Looking for a joyful, hands-on way to spend a morning with your child? Join us for Make Together: Gelli Printing, a playful, low-pressure printmaking session where kids and grown-ups can explore, experiment, and create together.

Using soft rollers, vibrant paints, and a magical gel plate, you’ll discover the joy of gelli printing, a wonderfully tactile process full of surprises. Together we’ll experiment with colour, texture, and layered mark-making, printing with natural textures, painting directly onto the plate, and building simple shapes and patterns.

As you print, you’ll build up a stack of one-of-a-kind artworks. At the end of the session, you can choose how to finish your favourites – either turning them into a set of six greeting cards, binding a small concertina booklet or making a large collaged poster to capture your creative morning together.

No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play. We’ll guide you through each step, handle the tidying up, and make sure you leave with beautiful, frame-worthy pieces to take home.

Our space has a cafe and licensed bar which is always open at workshops, and for this one our filter coffees and teas will be included
