Cyanotype Toning & Matcha Ritual: Tea Toning Print Workshop with Matcha Making Experience
Spend a slow, creative Sunday morning exploring the alchemy of light, tea and time.
In this special collaboration with Brut Tea, this cyanotype and matcha workshop in London brings together printmaking and ritual for a calm, immersive experience.
Create your own cyanotype prints using sunlight, then take them a step further with tea toning — transforming deep blues into rich purples and earthy tones.
While your prints develop, you’ll be guided through a matcha ritual, from tasting premium Gyokuro to whisking and preparing your own iced matcha latte.
You’ll leave with:
– 2 A6 cyanotype prints (tea toned and unique)
– an introduction to cyanotype printing + tea toning techniques
– a guided matcha ritual experience with Brut Tea
– the skills to recreate both at home
– a relaxed, mindful creative reset
Perfect as a solo activity or something different to do with a friend.
No experience needed. All materials and drinks included.
