Papercut Screenprinting Workshop with Bench Allen

IT'S ALL FOLK'N PRINT - A Papercut Screenprint Workshop with Bench Allen

Back by popular demand - Bench Allen is bringing his folklore inspired Papercut workshop to Something Good Workshops this May Day (May 1st).

With over 11 years of screenprinting experience, printing for himself and others, the artist Bench Allen is inviting you creative rabble in for a good ole Moot, t’will be a bleddy hoot!

Quick shoot through of what ye’ll be doing: In a nutshell, you’ll be screenprinting with papercut stencils, creating imagery based off the theme of folk and folklore - though you can really do whatever your heart desires. There’ll be loads of blooming lovely colours to print with and in the end you’ll go away with a A5 print or a few, and a belly full of merriment.

This workshop is designed to show you how easy screenprinting can be printing at home with limit equipment.

If you have your own scissors, scalpels, cutting matts etc and reference imagery you’d like to bring please feel free, although all materials will be included.

This workshop includes a welcome drink from the bar at Something Good Workshops, which will be open during the session.
