6 wines · guided tasting · no experience needed
Looking for a wine tasting in London with a creative twist?
Join us at Something Good Workshops in Deptford for Good Wine — a relaxed, social evening where wine tasting and simple drawing exercises are woven together throughout.
You’ll taste six wines (generous pours) while taking part in short, relaxed drawing exercises designed to help you slow down, loosen up, and notice more in what you’re tasting.
What to expect
You’ll be guided through the evening by our in-house wine expert, Jack Wild, with a no-nonsense approach focused on helping you understand what you actually like, why you like it, and how to choose wines with confidence.
Between wines, we’ll ease into a series of light, hands-on drawing exercises — simple, playful, and designed to wake up your senses (and have a bit of a giggle).
Rather than separate activities, the evening flows naturally, with wine and drawing paired throughout.
— Discover wines for spring and summer
— Learn to trust your palate
— Enjoy a creative reset in a welcoming, social setting
Includes 6 wine tastings and all materials.
No drawing experience needed
This isn’t about making masterpieces. It’s about having fun, loosening up, and using creativity as a way to engage more deeply with what you’re tasting.
Just bring curiosity.
About your wine guide
Jack has worked in wine and restaurants for the entirety of his career and is particularly passionate about the democratisation of wine (and conversely Champagne, but aren’t we all hypocrites?).
Working with Boutinot, Jack has helped shape the wine list behind our bar. His approach is straightforward, unpretentious, and rooted in helping people discover what they genuinely enjoy.
Perfect for
— Date nights
— Catch-ups with friends
